Tracing Plastic is a scrollytelling data visualization that explores how plastic moves through production, use, and waste using publicly available OECD data. The project transforms dry abstract statistics into a paced visual narrative, revealing the scale and pathways of global plastic flows step by step.
The project was developed in voluntary collaboration with the REUSE Foundation, who provided domain expertise and feedback, while the design, narrative and technical execution remained fully author-led.
